Sprinkles cupcakes

The other day Danny was working up in Scottsdale and I remembered hearing that there was a sprinkles cup cake shop up there, so I sent Danny. He didn't know which kind I would like to try so he got a lot. Luckily we were able to share with our friends. They were so GOOD! They have little hard candies on top so you can tell what flavor they are. It was really fun to finally be able to see what all the fuss is about,and boy are they worth it! Thanks to Danny who had to sit with them in his truck all day long smelling them. xo babe

Pedicure

It's officially summer time. I always try to start my summers off with a pedicure so here is this years. Wow sorry for blogging about my feet. 

It's a girl!

Congratulations to my good friend Melinda. She just found out that she is having a girl! I am so excited for her and her adorable family.  Love you Lindi. We can't wait to meet her.

We had quite a scare from Miss Sienna the other day it was Friday night and Sienna found one of Danny's adderall pills.  It was about dinner time when she found it and we didn't know. After dinner we decided to take a walk to the park before dessert. We came home and bathed the kids and put them to bed. Sienna has been fussy lately and it has been a new struggle to get her to sleep so we have been waiting a little bit.  I had taken a tylenol P.M. earlier that evening so I was super tired.  I went to sleep finally at 11:30 because I couldn't stay up any longer to play with Sienna. She was acting weird very jittery. I finally got her back out of bed at 1 a.m. and put her in the bath. Then I was talking with Danny and I mentioned we had put Sienna down in the sand for the first time at the park and I was wondering if she had gotten a hold of crack or something. Then Danny remembered that when he was playing with her and feeding her dinner he remembered seeing some small dots around her moth and hands. That's when Danny put two and two together and realized she had taken his Adderall. We immediately called  Poisson control and then decided to go to the hospital. She ended up being all right but we were pretty scared. Sienna stayed up for 36 hours and only had four 30 minute naps in that time.  We are so glad our little Sienna benna is alright!

I got a new job! I am really excited about it. I nanny two to three days a week. I really like the family that I am working for.  There are two kids that I watch Tori and Tyler and they are five. They play so well with both Maack and Sienna. I really like them they have very nice manners. I am very excited to have work right now. This picture has nothing to do with being a nanny but I really liked it.

Hoppy Easter every bunny!

Sienna got really messy after eating her waffle which we thought disappeared  but she gobbled it right up. Soory I look so bad I only got five hours of sleep.
These were so GOOD!





I hope you all had a great Easter we did. I would have been a little more fun I we didn't get only five hours of sleep the night before(thanks Sienna). Danny made chocolate mashmellow waffles from scratch! They were the perfect start to our diabetic comas. Yummy!  I made these cup cakes but the licorice rope didn't work. I gave them to my sunbeams and they were really excited! We had our really fun friends the Brock's over for dinner. It was a fun evening. We bought a ham that coast sixty dollars so we are still eating ham. The kids and Danny got some fun stuff in their baskets. I hope you all had a great Easter.

For my birthday my best friend Michelle got me new running shoes! It was definitely the best gift I have ever gotten for my birthday thanks Michelle your the best kindred spirit a girl could ask for. Love you 

hair today gone tomorrow

Right now my hair looks like the picture of Madona. Hopefully I can make a decision about what I want by Thursday. I am just so excited to get my hair don. I also can't wait for my bangs to grow out. I tried to cut them my self and ended up looking like a four year old that just got out of the bath and couldn't get her hair out of her eyes so she used her moms sewing scissors to cut a CHUNK out of her bangs sorry mom I know I promised.

 I just loved this room maybe because it is spring time but I usually go for black furniture and maybe it is time for a little change.

 Sienna will be out of her baby car seat soon but oh man I wish I had know about this website when I was looking for a cute care seat cover.

I love this adorable reversible Tutu. I want to make Sienna one but there are 50% off so maybe I will just buy one instead I want a black and Blue one and maybe a pink and yellow one but I don't think they have a lot of color options. 

Birds

Something you may not know about me. I HATE birds. I know how can I say that but I do they are kind of cute and all but they totally freak me out. I guess it is because when I was in high school We read the  book the birds by Alfred Hitchcock. The movie was worse and totally scared me and then my english teacher told us it is loosely based on a true story that happened in Monterey California ( which is were I want to live some day). Well it is very loosely based on the story. One time I explained to Danny my fear of the movie, so he googled it and laughed as her read me the true story. Needless to say I don't care if I was fabricated I am still freaked out when birds are around.

Baby shower

Our good friends Aaron and Bonnie Rinta had a great baby shower. It was a ton of fun. Bonnie rented a bounce house for the kids. Maack jumped for like six hours. We had yummy food and meet some great people. Bonnie is due in May and is having a baby boy and they are naming him Phoenix. I LOVE the name it is adorable.  Bonnie's sister Melissa made this diaper cake and I think it is the best one I have ever seen. I made the baby letters. 

The Rinta's recently moved to Washington and we miss them a lot Danny really misses his friend. I am now setting up man dates until he the position of new best friend is filled, but I don't think anyone can fill Aaron's shoes. We miss you guys and hope you are having a great time in Washington. 

Arizona till 2010

To all who were wondering, we will be staying here another year in sunny Arizona. Thank you everyone who fasted and prayed on our behalf. We are so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people.  If I had to stay anywhere I would pick here I live on the same street as most of my girlfriends and have never had girlfriends like this in my whole life. 

This picture is actually of Flagstaff in the winter and looks almost nothing like where we actually live but I really liked it. Maybe when all is done we will live in Washington because we miss the green so badly. 

Easter Picture

Easter pageant

Last night We were able to attend the Easter pageant here in Arizona and it was amazing. I see why people come here just to see the show. I brought the kids and we sat on a blanket on the lawn. I thought that would be better than sitting in a seat because of how crazy they are, trust me church is chaotic.

I got there at six with the kids and Danny made it about five minutes after it started. When the show started it was eight and our kids could not sit still so we ended up standing most of the time. I really felt the spirit and I am so grateful that I was able to attend this wonderful performance, and so close to our home. It was such a great reminder for this time of year. I think Maack got a little scared when he saw Jesus being whipped. He stood up and asked "why are those men hanging Jesus up like a pinata and hitting him with whips?"  He loved the live animals that they had and the thunder.  He can't stop talking about it today. After we stopped by Neilson's frozen custard. I was so cool if you ever are in the area at the time and have the opportunity to go I recommend it.

American Idol look a likes.

I love Allison Iraheta I think it will come down to her and Adam Lambert. Like for starters 

Kara DioGuard the new judge. resembles my work out instructor Kari. I wish I had a picture of her. It is really creepy, they even talk the same! 

  I am so glad that Scott Macintyre is off the show her just creeped me out.

I think Matt Giraud looks and acts like Justin Timberlake. 

Now we have Kris Allen who we think look like Danny's brother Chris.  I didn't have the best look a like picture to choose from since you make a face in every picture that we have of you Chris.

Next up is Danny Gokey who I think looks just like Danny and many other people think this tooo but of course he does not think so.
